Viet Tran
Viet Tran was born and raised in Arlington, VA. He’s been a native of the D.C. Metropolitan area for +35 years and specializes in residential property in Loudoun County. He graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2015.He has since been in the aerospace industry for +7 years and currently works on commercial satellites for Northrop Grumman. His vision and enthusiasm for real estate is growing with 6ix Pack and strives to provide solutions to his team and investors.
Seth Robertson Acquisitions Director
Seth has been investing in real estate since 2017 in the greater Boston area. Managed, leased and rehabbed over 20 units across eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. His real estate portfolio includes roughly $4M of residential real estate assets under management.
Cromwell Dyette
Cromwell Dyette is a real estate investor and entrepreneur with assets under management over $3 million. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, a master's degree in business administration, and a professional insurance license from the state of California. He is particularly pleased with his more than two decades of experience as a financial counselor and tax planner for individuals and small enterprises. He has assisted hundreds of individuals and dozens of small enterprises in attaining financial freedom to date.
Lenward Gatison Assistant Director
Lenward Gatison II graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Boston in 2011 with a degree in Psychology. Lenward has worked as a Wellness Director and Dean of Students in Boston’s Charter School system for 10 years. Currently he is the Assistant Director for Young Man with a Plan, a black male mentoring program for black and neon male students in Boston.Lenward purchased his first home in 2017 and has grown his real estate portfolio to a little over $4 Million since then. He owns and operates 20 rental units across Eastern Massachusetts and Central Rhode Island. These units vary from long term rentals to short stay Airbnbs. Lenward is also a licensed General Contractor in the state of Rhode Island.
Luis E Martinez Lead Asset Manager
He received a B.S. in Applied Physics and minor in Mathematics from California State University San Bernardino. He has worked for Raytheon Technologies as a systems engineer and currently at MIT Lincoln Labs as a simulation & modeling engineer. Luis has been involved in his family's real estate ventures since 2008 in southern California; assisting in renovating, maintaining, and operating 18 rental units.
Garrett Lead Asset Manager
