Seth Robertson, CEO
Seth has been investing in real estate since 2017 in the greater Boston area. Managed, leased and rehabbed over 20 units across eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. His real estate portfolio includes roughly $4M of residential real estate assets under management.
Lenward Gatison II, COO
Lenward Gatison II graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Boston in 2011 with a degree in Psychology. Lenward has worked as a Wellness Director and Dean of Students in Boston’s Charter School system for 10 years. Currently he is the Assistant Director for Young Man with a Plan, a black male mentoring program for black and neon male students in Boston. Lenward purchased his first home in 2017 and has grown his real estate portfolio to a little over $4 Million since then. He owns and operates 20 rental units across Eastern Massachusetts and Central Rhode Island. These units vary from long term rentals to short stay Airbnbs. Lenward is also a licensed General Contractor in the state of Rhode Island
Garrett Joyner, CTO
Is a 2014 Graduate of George Mason University
with a B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems
Operations Management. He is currently an
Enterprise Account Manager for Amazon Web
Services.
Garrett has been investing in Real Estate since
2019 with holdings in properties in Tulum, Mexico
and the Greater Boston area. His real estate
portfolio includes roughly $1M of residential real
estate assets under management.

Cromwell is a 10-year member of the military who served in the Oklahoma and Alaska National Guards. Since 2017, he has worked as an Earn Value Management Analyst in the government finance industry for Northrop Grumman and Raytheon, among others. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in business administration, and a professional insurance license from the state of California. With two decades of experience as a financial counselor & tax planner; he has assisted hundreds of individuals and dozens of small enterprises in attaining financial freedom. His goals are to ensure that individuals and small enterprises have access to the necessary credit to follow their aspirations and leave a legacy for their families. As a real estate investor & entrepreneur, he holds and managrs assets over $3 million.
He received a B.S. in Applied Physics from California State University San Bernardino. He has worked for Raytheon Technologies as a systems engineer and MIT LL as a simulation & modeling engineer. Luis has been involved in his family’s real estate ventures since 2008 in southern California; assisting in operating 18 rental units.
Viet Tran was born and raised in Arlington, VA. He’s been a native of the D.C. Metropolitan area for +35 years and specializes in residential property in Loudoun County. He graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2015. He has since been in the aerospace industry for +7 years and currently works on commercial satellites for Northrop Grumman. His vision and enthusiasm for real estate is growing with 6ix Pack and strives to provide solutions to his team and investors.
